Shipping Policy

Due to COVID-19 spread, your shipment may take longer than usual.

Rest assured, we are working hard to get everything out ASAP. We know it may be frustrating to wait longer than the estimated time frame for your order, but the one thing we don’t want to do is sacrifice the quality of our products. Thank you for understanding.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been sent! 

Please note: our shipping on our checkout process is an estimated average of 4-6 business days. This is a calculated average delivery date most customers receive their orders by. 

However,*PLEASE* make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery!

Delivery: - Please allow 5 - 8 days for delivery for circumstances (COVID19) beyond our control such as natural disasters, state regulations, etc.

The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination city.

Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as Earthquakes, floods etc.

If I ordered multiple items, will it be shipped separately or together?

Depending on the products that you ordered and where the item is currently being manufactured and stored, different items may be sent from different places. We do this to ensure more faster and efficient delivery times for you.

Please DO NOT panic if you have ordered 3 items and only 2 have been delivered. The other one is on the way!

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at care.info.kakabapa@gmail.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it.  If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address.

DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED

All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers at numbers above in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

 An order CANNOT be cancelled once it is placed. Due to the automatic nature of our fulfillment system, all orders have shipping labels created the same day and are sent out the following morning. If you do not want your package, you may ship it back as is, without opening it, at your own cost. We will inspect the item and refund you your payment minus shipping charges.
